چکیده
The space- and temperature-dependent electron distribution $n(\mathbf r,T)$ is essential for the theoretical description of opto-electronic properties disordered semiconductors. We present two powerful techniques to access without solving Schr\"odinger equation. First, we derive density non-degenerate electrons by applying Hamiltonian recursively random wave functions (RWF). Second, obtain a effective potential from application universal low-pass filter (ULF) acting on charge carriers in media. Thereby, full quantum-mechanical problem reduced quasi-classical an potential. numerically verify both approaches comparison with exact solution. Both prove superior widely used localization landscape theory (LLT) when compare our approximate results carrier mobility at elevated temperatures obtained RWF, ULF, LLT those solution

Effective Confining Potential of Quantum States in Disordered Media.
The amplitude of localized quantum states in random or disordered media may exhibit long-range exponential decay. We present here a theory that unveils the existence of an effective potential which finely governs the confinement of these states. In this picture, the boundaries of the localization subregions for low energy eigenfunctions correspond to the barriers of this effective potential, an...

متن کاملUnified description of charge-carrier mobilities in disordered semiconducting polymers.
From a numerical solution of the master equation for hopping transport in a disordered energy landscape with a Gaussian density of states, we determine the dependence of the charge-carrier mobility on temperature, carrier density, and electric field. Experimental current-voltage characteristics in devices based on semiconducting polymers are excellently reproduced with this unified description ...
متن کاملMaximally-Disordered Distillable Quantum States
We explore classical to quantum transition of correlations by studying the quantum states located just outside of the classically-correlated-states-only neighborhood of the maximally mixed state (the largest separable ball (LSB)). We show that a natural candidate for such states raises the possibility of a layered transition, i.e., an annular region comprising only classical and the classical-l...
متن کاملDisordered locality in loop quantum gravity states
We show that loop quantum gravity suffers from a potential problem with nonlocality, coming from a mismatch between micro-locality, as defined by the combinatorial structures of their microscopic states, and macro-locality, defined by the metric which emerges from the low energy limit. As a result, the low energy limit may suffer from a disordered locality characterized by identifications of fa...
